Brotherston Homecare strives to deliver the best service possible to its customers. You can shop our website in confidence with the following policies:

1.) All orders are shipped within three (3) business days; with the bulk of orders shipped by the next business day.

2.) Special orders require pre-payment and are shipped as quickly as possible. We will do our best to give a realistic shipment date.

3.) Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If you are not sure about any of a product's specific features (i.e. size, adaptability, quality) please call our office so that we may arrange for you to preview the product.

4.) All information concerning our customers is kept strictly confidential. Brotherston Homecare does not sell, distribute or promote its customer list in any way. All customer information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and all other local, state and federal laws.

5.) In all transactions involving customer insurance, the customer is fully responsible for payment of all products not covered by their insurance company. In transactions where Brotherston Homecare accepts assignment, your insurance carrier's fee schedule will be accepted as full payment when the transaction is approved by said carrier.
